With Gait Analysis, runners are filmed running on a treadmill for about 20-30 minutes. The film is done in an effort to document how you run and how you can improve your strides in order to have healthy joints.
The process takes just a few steps. The first step is to try to see the flexibility and strength of the joints. This is done with a few exercises and stretches. Next, the runner runs on the treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes. This run is performed in front of one or two cameras.
